What is membership and registration software?
Membership and registration software helps grassroots clubs manage how people join, pay and stay registered. Thrive4Grassroots connects registration with member details, payments, teams, communication and reporting, so volunteers don't have to manage each part separately.
Can new members register online?
Yes. New members can register online and provide the information your club needs as part of the process.
Can we create different membership options?
Yes. Create different membership and subscription options with different pricing, giving you flexibility to set things up around the way your club works.
Can someone join part-way through?
Yes. New members can register throughout the year, with pro-rata payments where appropriate rather than someone having to manually work out what they owe.
Can members pay monthly?
Yes. Clubs can set up monthly subscriptions as well as other payment schedules, depending on how you want to collect membership fees.
Can we offer discounts for families?
You can offer multi-person discounts where more than one person is signing up. Thrive4Grassroots doesn't have a separate household registration journey.
Can we prepare our next season in advance?
Yes. You can set up the next season while the current one is still running, move teams and squads in bulk or make individual changes, and schedule when the new season takes effect. You can continue making changes until then.
Can we tell members when their team or squad changes?
Yes. You can send communications to the people affected as part of the Season Management process.
Can registrations require club approval?
Subscriptions can be set up to require approval from the club where you want that additional step.
Does Thrive4Grassroots integrate with the FA?
There isn't currently a direct FA integration. Clubs can export their player information from Thrive4Grassroots and use it to import the information into the FA portal.
