Before making changes, a lot of time each week was disappearing into spreadsheets, paper forms and manually piecing information together.

Like many growing grassroots organisations, things had gradually become harder to stay on top of as participation increased. The challenge was not commitment. It was making sure the day-to-day side of the organisation could keep pace without everything falling on the same few people.
