A club that has grown from a small group into a strong community

Hot Chilli Triathlon Club began as a small group of friends training together in Trowbridge and has since grown into an established club with over 80 members, offering one of the most extensive triathlon training programmes in the South West.

With both adult and junior memberships, the club has built a reputation for being open, inclusive and accessible, giving people of all ages the chance to get involved in the sport.

As that community has grown, so too has the level of activity across the club, bringing with it a need to keep everything running in a way that feels manageable.

Creating more clarity across the club

With Thrive4 supporting the day-to-day running of the club, there is now a clearer view of how everything fits together, from membership and communication through to participation and payments.

Instead of information sitting across different tools or needing to be pieced together, the team can see what is happening across the club more easily, which removes a lot of the uncertainty that tends to build up over time.

That clarity gives the club more confidence in how it operates, making it easier to stay on top of things as activity increases.

Making it easier for members to take part

For members, the experience of joining and being part of the club has become much more straightforward.

Registering, keeping information up to date and staying informed about sessions and events all happen in a more consistent way, which reduces friction and helps members engage more fully with what the club offers.

Behind the scenes, the club now runs with a stronger sense of alignment, where information, communication and participation work together more naturally rather than sitting separately.

This shift does not change what the club delivers, but it does change how manageable it feels to run.

Time going back into the club

With less time taken up by manual processes and disconnected ways of working, the team has been able to focus more on the parts of the club that matter most.

Sessions, coaching and community activity can take priority, rather than being interrupted by the need to track, check or follow up on administrative tasks.
